No Refunds

Order Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details (product type, size, color, quantity, and shipping information) before completing checkout. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion. This does not guarantee a refund.
